PianoDisc Installation
We have been converting upright and grand pianos into player pianos since the mid 1970s beginning with the Pianocorder retrofit system. When Yamaha bought it and took it off the market in the late 1980s, PianoDisc was developed and became a runaway success. We have been installing the PianoDisc system ever since, over 2500 and counting.
We install the PianoDisc system and its various optional accessories for piano dealers, private clients and others. We can, and have, done so in every piano type, size and style imaginable – both new and used — including spinet, console, studio, upright, baby grand to concert grand. Even antique square grands and digital grand pianos!
Whether you are buying a piano, new or used, or already have one and are considering a PianoDisc installation, we would love to help you with that decision. Please contact us so that we may further discuss your options.
The PianoDisc system can be installed on almost any upright or grand piano, new or used (on rare occasions a very unusual instrument may prevent it).
It is important to understand, however, that the system’s performance can be limited by an instrument in poor condition or need of rebuilding, repair, regulation or other work. If you own an older piano and are considering a player system, please contact us with as much information as you can about your instrument so that we can help you determine the best way to proceed.
If you already have a PianoDisc system and are considering an upgrade see our PianoDisc Upgrades page. If you have a system which requires service see our PianoDisc Service page.
